Apple character is preserved beautifully on the palate with an understated intensity clearly marking it as fresh pressed juice. Light tannin, reminiscent of apple skin, creates a subtle complexity. A long, clean finish and a lingering tartness makes for easy drinking. The crisp acidity is well balanced with a modest residual sugar content.
