We call this old American Cultivar the “Champagne of Apples” for it is versatile and delightful. The Golden Russet can withstand the cold temperatures and makes a bold presence in our orchards.
Dark straw in color, tropical fruit forward with a bit of hazelnut in the background. Finishes with a citrusy tart.
