Lightly sweet, gently tannic and a touch acidic. Hints of both fresh and cooked plums with a lovely almond nose. Made with wild-fermented organic prune plums and co-aged with organic apple cider.

Wow, this is a really incredible cider. I wouldn't say I taste the plum much. It has a lot of flavor and is not too sweet or too dry, just right. A bit acidic and tart.
