Our inspiration for making a classic Perry occurred when a friend approached us with crates of gnarled pears collected from an old orchard on Marrowstone Island. We believed that thoughtful fermentation would reveal inner beauty of those unwanted and unsightly pears. This bottle celebrates that transformation of potent tannins into subtle and elegant Perry made with our homegrown and gleaned wild pears. Enjoy the romantic blush, delicate citrus notes and a hint of pear sweetness.
