Spark semi-sweet cider is blended from traditional cider apples grown in our local orchard. Melrose, King, Burgundy and other heirloom apples bring their high acid balance to the blend. To retain its rich body, Spark is unfiltered and bottle conditioned. Enjoy this cider chilled and poured carefully off the lees.
