Our signature, Blackjack 21 is made for celebration because it celebrates our 21 years in business. In an effort to bring awareness to the once abundant Sebastopol gem the Gravenstein apple; we will be planting a Gravenstein apple tree in our orchard for every bottle sold. This cider is unlike any other cider and is much like a fine sparkling wine. Dry in finish, this cider pairs well with many dishes such as grilled veggies, soup or pasta.
